I bought two of these before our long cross-country move. One was for my wife who has lower back pain and one for me. It took a bit of getting used to the cushion. Part of it is sitting on it and part of it is adjusting your driving position to accommodate the new height and other related positions created by the cushion. But, once you are accustomed to changes, it is truly a blessing. The cushion is super comfortable and it definitely kept us sitting up and in the correct position. For my wife, who has lower back pains when sitting for a long time, the cushion was most definitely a timely purchase. She felt no pain. A very happy purchase. We definitely received the value. We highly recommend it.

This cushion had been great for a relative having to undergo extensive rehab and temporarily wheelchair bound. She was two months in bed and had basically zero core strength. The cushion that was in her wheelchair at rehab was new and seemed well formed but it was very uncomfortable. This cushion has been fantastic for her. The cut out at the back really does take allot of pressure off of her so she is able to sit in the chair for longer periods while she is building up her core strength. I do wish they sold replacement covers and moisture proof covers. The cover has been washed many times and has held up fine. I also had to wash the cushion itself one time. It held up well but I could see a tiny bit of breakdown in the fused cushion seems from this.
